Customers can cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time to receive a full refund.

Cancellation fees:
If cancelled up to 24 hours before departure: 0% i.e. full refund.
If cancelled within 24 hours before departure (and no show): 100% i.e. no refund.
